About the role The reagent pipeline manager will be in charge ofproject management team for reagent pipeline, total 7project managers. The teamis responsible for whole project development process control, makes screeningand characterization design and will collaborate with all RabMAb platform teamsto develop high quality RabMabs used for life science. Roles & responsibilities:·Prepare yearly planand budgets with head of Hangzhou NPD. Establish work schedule and assignmentsbased on new reagent RabMAb development plan. Ensure suitable human resource tosupport operational demands ·Organize, monitor andcontrol the pipeline according to the planned schedule and cost. Ensure KeyPerformance Indicators are met. They include delivering high quality productsin time, and keeping success rate at proper level. ·Work closely withRabMAb platform teams, make coordination to ensure pipeline going smoothly. Canrecognize and find problems timely, give comments and organize proper resource/right person to solve the problem. ·Continuously identifyopportunities to improve efficiency. Expand technology and encourage all teammembers to do the same. ·Enhance the professionaldevelopment of the team through ongoing training and via annual and quarterlyperformance reviews ·Report to Head ofHangzhou NPD regularly and attend all kinds of related meetings. Work closelywith managers in Cambridge or other offices. Regularly update progress inbiweekly meeting. This will involve regular telephone meeting with UK. About you·PhD degree in lifesciences required.
